Ruby and team were phenomenal to work with when we decided to list our home for sale in the Triangle. Ruby got us multiple offers above asking within 4 days of listing!!! We were very impressed, thankful, and completely pleased with the work from Ruby, Adriana and the whole Team Ruby from Keller Williams for the sale of our home. We unfortunately had gone with a different realtor at first and that turned out to be a major mistake. When we switched to Ruby and her team she immediately went to work. She gave us a few realistic pointers for some things to be done to the home to be sold and we listened. Ruby then went full force. She did pictures, she held multiple open houses and our home sold very quickly and for the price that we wanted. She was the epitome of what a realtor should be when selling a home. Ruby and her team communicated very well, were always professional while still being friendly, and everything seemed as efficient as possible.
